we liked the pool and the rooftop. Rusdi was very kind to our family. Firoz and the other saudi with him in the reception was also very accommodating and easy to talk to.

1. my 2 Kids were quite comfortable with Playing area (although small area with 4 units only) and specially their enjoyment was in clean Swimming pool... 2. Room services were excellent.... and the attitude of the room services team (to whom I met) were excellent.. Specially Mr. Rushdi, I guess a Sri Lankan young man.... 3. come out of Hotel, take over pedestrian bridge to reach to 1 of the good mall in Jeddah 7,8 minutes to reach by walk.

Location was perfect as it was just opposite flamingo mall. There were a lot of shops around the vicinity too so food was also easily accessible. The room size was perfect for our family and the kids enjoyed themselves.

Zayed at the front desk with his infectious smile makes you comfortable. Husain Syed at bell desk helps you settle in at ease. Laundry service and the associates makes your life easy. Everyone does their best to make it the most comfortable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. Whether it was helping with check-in, offering local recommendations, or simply greeting me with a warm smile, they made a lasting impression. The room was spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Jeddah however surrounding streets not great for pushing a pram or buggy but taxis really cheap. The overhead passage that takes you to the other side of the road to the flamingo mall , great but the lifts are out of order so again not ideal for buggy’s. The decor of the hotel restaurant was lovely but breakfast not really worth while. Pool area and kids play area small but effective. The staff were really friendly and always interacted with the kids, always going above to help you. They do try, give you complimentary tea/coffee, juice and water each day. The laundry is also very reasonable, washed, dried and ironed for around 50p-£1 per item. The apartments do have a washing machine but nowhere to dry your clothes.
