1. my 2 Kids were quite comfortable with Playing area (although small area with 4 units only) and specially their enjoyment was in clean Swimming pool... 2. Room services were excellent.... and the attitude of the room services team (to whom I met) were excellent.. Specially Mr. Rushdi, I guess a Sri Lankan young man.... 3. come out of Hotel, take over pedestrian bridge to reach to 1 of the good mall in Jeddah 7,8 minutes to reach by walk.

Zayed at the front desk with his infectious smile makes you comfortable. Husain Syed at bell desk helps you settle in at ease. Laundry service and the associates makes your life easy. Everyone does their best to make it the most comfortable stay.

really big apartment clean and location and staff especially Rushdie is really good

The location is prime, staff is cooperative, specially the service extended by a young chap named RUSHDI were commendable. Apart from cleaning and making the bed, he cleaned the kitchen and did everything nicely.

Facility was good with neatly maintained. response form guys like Rushdi was really impressive.
